Workshop participants will engage in a comprehensive exploration of how racism shapes American institutions, often without our conscious understanding that it is doing so. This series of workshops will help participants understand that the problem of racism isn’t a problem they themselves created, but a serious problem they have inherited and perpetuate everyday.
